Terms of Services
Effective for All Services Provided by Mayra’s Residential Cleaning
By booking any service with Mayra’s Residential Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to residential cleaning, window cleaning, pet sitting, and pet waste removal.

1. Services Provided
Mayra’s Residential Cleaning offers professional services including:

Standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings

Interior and exterior window cleaning
-
Pet sitting (daily walks, feedings, overnight care)

Pet waste removal for residential yards
Service details will be tailored to the customer’s requests, as outlined in the booking or service agreement.

2. Scheduling
All services must be scheduled in advance on a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Recurring services will be placed on a confirmed schedule.

For pet waste removal, clients will receive an estimated arrival time on the day of service.

Property access and scheduling expectations must be clearly communicated.
3. Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings
Client must ensure that the property is vacant prior to the appointment.

If the property is occupied, the service may be rescheduled or canceled.

A cancellation fee may apply.
4. Pet Policy (General Cleaning & Pet Waste Services)
For everyone’s safety, pets should be secured in a separate area during service.

Loose pets that prevent service will result in a $25 missed service fee.

Clients are responsible for resolving any pet-related incidents or damage.
5. Property Access
Clients must provide safe and secure access during scheduled service times.

Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided.

Inaccessible yards or locked areas will be subject to a $25 missed service fee.

Hazards such as aggressive pets, unsafe terrain, or extreme weather may prevent service and may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
6. Payment Terms

Cleaning services: Payment is due upon completion of service. A $25 late fee will apply daily if not paid on the same day.

Pet waste removal: Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.

One-time services must be paid in full before service begins.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and check.

Late payments may result in service suspension or further penalties.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any service.

Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee for cleaning services or a $25 missed service fee for pet waste removal.

No refunds will be issued once monthly services are paid.

Missed visits will be fulfilled at the next scheduled service.
8. Service Guarantee
We are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will address and correct any concerns promptly.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Clearing debris, hazards, or obstacles that obstruct service.

Informing us of special property conditions (e.g., newly seeded lawns, irregular layouts, aggressive pets).
-
Securing fragile or valuable items prior to service.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Mayra’s Residential Cleaning is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or wear to property or belongings
-
Damage caused by pets if pet policy isn’t followed

Landscaping or equipment damage unless due to gross negligence
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information is used only for service coordination and communication.

We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically.

Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
